I have used this company for my plumbing needs three times over the past several years, for a new kitchen sink installation, burst pipe in a concrete block wall, and most recently, last week for a leak in the water supply line for my ice maker in the freezer. Each time Arsenio Teles has been very prompt, efficient, and has done an excellent job at a really good rate. He is also one of the cleanest plumbers I have ever seen. He cleans up so well after the job you would never know there had been any work done. I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and I will only use his plumbing company from now on. I have also recommended him to several friends and co-workers. I called many places which talked around the price. These other company said they can’t give a price because they don’t know until the person gets there (of course they knew but wanted to give you a price you can’t disputed once it’s done) and some will say $79.95 to come there and then a charge of what needs to be done as the difference.
Teles gave me an up front price before I decide and don’t pay in advance, they give you AN HONEST UPFRONT PRICE and pay when they complete the job.

Arsenio was great , he arrived exactly when he said he would and repaired our kitchen pipe and valves in less than an hour. Another plumber wouldn't even give us a estimate for a repair , they only wanted to repipe the entire house for thousands.
